 If you have any questions, contact OAS Staff or Board of Directors.The Olds Agricultural Society is directed by 16 Board members representing service, retail, professional, and farming sectors of the community. Olds Agricultural Society has over 300 volunteers who work on the Olds Fair & Rodeo, as well as two full time facilities staff and two administrator/managers.

The Administration Office is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Office hours are extended during fair-week. The Facilities Operator maintains on-call availability at 403-994-0829. Information concerning the facilities is obtained through the Administration office at 403-556-3770.
