After a five year absence, the Olds Agricultural Society brought back the Olds Farmers Market in 2003, and it's been running strong ever since! Olds residents no longer have to leave town to find all the neat little treasures and fresh products found at local Accredited Farmers Markets around Alberta. Vendors offer items like sewing, knitting, baking, woodworking, fruits, vegetables, and numerous other items under the Cow Palace roof, as well as an amazing outdoor market that has grown to be one of the favourites in the area.

Farmers Markets in Olds run from May to September. Spring markets are held in the foyer of the Cow Palace, expanding to include the parking area surrounding the Cow Palace during the summer. Markets run from 4 - 6:30 pm on Thursdays.
